Based on the historic smokey, salty and sour German wheat ale style, our Lichtenhainer also features midnight wheat to give it a darker appearance and a full mouthfeel. Our buddies at Sailor’s Grave Brewing rocked up to the brewday with freshly harvested Bull Kelp and blood limes which we added to the beer via our custom-built infusion vessel.
