You were asking about it, well here it is... the return of our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, Celestial. This complex beer has rested in Knob Creek bourbon barrels for over a year. During this time, the barrels contributed notes of vanilla, caramel and bourbon booziness that are a beautiful compliment to the rich dark chocolate flavours from the beer. Deep and robust, this beer is not to be missed. Pouring a syrupy black with a mocha head, this is a roasty full bodied beer for sipping, savouring, and most of all sharing among friends!
