We are super excited to announce the return of our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, Celestial. Brewed in the Fall of 2020, we laid this tasty beer to rest in some Basel Hayden bourbon barrels for over a year. During this time, the barrels contributed notes of vanilla, charred-oak and bourbon booziness that are a beautiful compliment to the dark chocolate and cherry notes from the beer. Rich and robust, this beer is not to be missed. Pouring a syrupy black with a dark brown head, this is a full bodied beer for sipping and savouring. A perfect gift to be shared over the holidays or cellared and enjoyed years down the road.
