Pours a clean amber-pink colour with a warm-white cap, fizzing away rather quickly, but leaving a nice thick ring. Gets hazy the next pour. Cherries, berries nose with some woodiness and hints of vanilla. The taste is quite sour with the vanilla touch taming things. This one is more apparent in the beginning and then in the lingering, but very faint. Cherry flavours, vinegar, a tad wood in the mouthfeel and good sourness. A nice sour cherry beer!
