Pours opaque coffee brown with a nice tan head that leaves good lacing. Roast malt aroma has an overtone of bourbon-infused wood and earthy and molasses notes. Roast barley forms the core of the flavor and supports bourbon, woody, molasses, and coffee tones. Mouthfeel is a little thin for a stout, but has good fizz and leaves a woody, earthy finish. Drink it black!
