Named after the former ice cream dairy the brewery now occupies, this German style pilzner is a European masterpiece. Golden straw colored, with a fine dense head of pure white foam. In keeping with tradition we use only the finest pilzner malts and choicest hops from Bavaria. Aged at nearly freezing temperatures, the final result is a crisp, highly carbonated beer to be enjoyed one sip at a time.
