Temporary Insanity becomes Minor Dementia. We age our Russian style Imperial Stout in an oak bourbon barrel. The result is a beer that pours thick and pitch black, while the edges exhibit ruby highlights. The flavor is rich and dark, with a nice molasses character balanced out by a woody dryness. Very smooth considering the alcohol level.
