The beer pours an opaque red with a wak short-lived pinkish bubbly head. The aroma is sweet cherry cola, with some grains, and funky yeast. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is a nice balance of sweet and tart cherry notes.

Lightly hazed, red colour with amber highlights. Pinkish frothy-fizzy head, average retention and some foamy patched of lacing on the glass. Interesting cherry aromas with some kind of cola notes. The sourness does come out in the taste with the mild cherry-cola action. Lightly puckering mouthfeel, thin enough with some dryness in the end. Particles start showing around last pour and haziness gets a little more. A nicely brewed light brew with cherry-sourness and a secret cola done note.
