Bright citrus and lemony aroma from the overnight souring process and a healthy dose of citra and mosaic hops. Light-bodies with a dry finish. Flavour is tart at first, with a mild bitterness and heavy hop-driven flavours of citrus fruits and melon.

Second dry-hopped sour of the night - the first being Flora Hall Pavlova Sherbet Sour. Bottled on 140819. This one looks close with a hazy golden colour, a bubbly head with better stay and a foam ring. The dry-hopped nose is the same with fruitiness well-blended with the sour. The taste is where this one kind of falls short. Nothing offensive, but compared to the fruitiness of the other one, this one is just plain. Mild sourness, some light bitterness, little gooseberry flavours and more wet than dry. Too bad, as the rest is well-brewed.
