Lance says to expect a "little bit of blueberry on the nose and palate" from the red coloured beer as well as a touch of sweetness from the fruit, but not enough to overpower the tart, spicy characteristics you’d expect from the Belgian witbier yeast. If you do make it down while it’s pouring, the plan is to pair it "with a nice little summer dessert".
