    Taps hazy honey gold with a thick, if not long-lasting, parchment head. Aroma gives honey, bourbon and sweet apple. Flavor delivers tangy honey, crisp sweet and slightly tart apple, a little bourbon. Texture provides decent body and more fizz than a typical mead. Mead? Cider? Whatever, it's delicious.
