Winter Warmer is our latest seasonal beer in collaboration with Makers Malt and SeCan Growers. We were lucky enough to be able to use a new variety of locally developed, grown and malted barley called CDC Bow Barley. At 7.3% ABV and 50 IBU this English Strong Ale pours a dark copper colour with notes of raisin, slight alcohol warmth and a light floral finish.
