My furst trip to this well polished restaurant and brewhouse. This first I tried on draft. Pours a red-amber with an off-white head. Nose is big pine with hints of grapefruit and sap with mildly herbal notes. Flavor is some malt, some grapefruit, and almost none of the pine promised in the nose. Medium in body for the style and lingering herbal and citrus hops on the finish.
