courtesy of Laurent Mousson - clear reddish-amber colour, big creamy beige head and a nice lacing; aroma of meat and yeast; medium-bodied, a touch of bitterness, some tartness, more notes of meat in the finish - deeply strange ... and by no mean a Kölsch
