Bourbon barrel aged imperial stout infused with arbol, guajillo, chipotle peppers, vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon. Molé style. Pours black and opaque with a rich mocha head. Notes of roast, soy sauce, and booze lead into the velvety, smooth mouth feel. The roasted flavor dominates with lingering toffee and booze notes through the sip.

Pours dark chocolate with a thick though not long-lasting tan head. Aroma presents roast malt, chocolate, bourbon, pepper, cinnamon, a hint of coffee. Flavor delivers rich roast malt, chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, cinnamon, subtle pepper and coffee notes - sweet, but not too sweet; dangerous, as you don't feel the 14.5% ABV. Texture offers good thick body and perky fizz. Fit for an empress!
