This week Big Boss Brewing company will launch our newest creation, one we like to call Wooden Monkey. This is a amber, Belgian-style ale made with imported Belgian malts, hops and citrisy Belgian yeast. Wooden Monkey is aged on oak. It is then naturally carbonated and conditioned for a full robust and unique flavor. Barrels of this tasty ale will ship to fine restaurants around the Triangle starting today and we will debut the Wooden Monkey this Thursday March 6th in our tasting room.
