Brewed with a pile of apricot puree, Flux is tart, flavourful and juicy. Soured with lactobacillus and generously dry hopped with Citra. Low bitterness with aromas and flavours of apricot, stone fruit, citrus and tropical fruit with a sour finish, Flux is a series of ever changing experimental soured ales.

Pours a hazy golden colour with a tad of an orange hue. Fizzy bubbly head that disappears quickly leaving nothing. Oh, this is quite different ! A little sourness, fruitiness... and then, some kind of curry powder notes. Now that I think of it, reminds of celery seeds. Hints of mint even. The taste has this (less the mint), but the apricot show more. At least some kind of fruitiness. And the sourness. Some salt shows by the end. It's nice, don't get me wrong... but weird. Not for most.
