Thanks to PaleAleRider for sharing this one, he picked up at the brewery. Slightly cloudy golden-amber colour with a small head and minimal lacing. Fruity malt with very light hops (notes of grass and oranges). The sourness does come out eventually. Oh wow !! Sour taste with the fruity malt and some yeast lingers. Because of this, slight tartiness in the mouthfeel. Nicely balanced between a sour ale and an amber ale with the sourness and the fruitiness.

Purchased a mini growler at the brewery. Pours barely any head, mostly a small bubbly coating. Has a pale amber/light coppery appearance. Aromas of earthy hops and Belgian yeast. A bit more sour aromas near the end. Lemony sour flavours on the palate and some spices in the mix. Some strong notes of coriander. Nice mild sour mouthfeel. Quite astringent sensation. Excessive carbonation. Fairly mild for sourness which is probably where they get the "tamed" moniker. Pretty good.
