Thanks to PaleAleRider for sharing this one (written 10% ABV. and 70 IBU). Hazy amber colour with a golden hue. The head is very creamy, super long lasting, huge, beige with patchy creamy lace. Aromas of dark green leafs, with some caramel and hints of vanilla and sourness. Flavours of fresher hops well-blended with the caramel malts. Beautiful dryness in the finish with the bitterness. A touch of wood shows the aging and some fruitiness all around. A great celebration Barleywine that is again, super balanced from this brewery. So easy to drink. Another winner!

Picked up a 600ml bottle at the brewery. Pours a insanely huge frothy that sticks around for a very long time. Has a cloudy amber appearance. Thick dirty sticky lacing. Excessive carbonation. Aromas are somewhat mouldy, strong yeasty and bready notes. A little bit hoppy notes also. Flavours are bready and toasty malts, lots of earthy hops and a little bit woodsy as well. Great retention. Full bodied. Alcohol is extremely well hidden. For higher ibu, not too bitter. Slick and oily sensation on the palate. Smooth mouthfeel. Great brew, too bad I didn't get another bottle.
