Golden sour aged in foeder and refermented on local peaches. Bright aromas of stone fruit, marmalade tea, and gooseberry. Made with wild yeast, this sour ale displays an approachable funk character that will continue to develop over time.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

500ml brown bottle cellared from last year, pouring a slight hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a small white cap, disappearing fizzy-fast and some light lace. Some nice blended sour-fruity aromas with a little funk. The mouthfeel is fairly dry, a little thin and finishing quickly with the peach lingering softly. The peaches are not super dominant, but balanced within the sourness-funk. Some particles through the beer. Another nice one from this series.
