Pours a light murky, dark brown colour with a frothy beige-pink head leaving a nice thin creamy top and ring. Balsamic, apple vinegar aromas with hints of black cherries. Well-hidden alcohol, with not much warming, and fairly thin. The sour-vinegar taste are well-blended with the hops which cut this with some decent dryness. The cherries are mild here as well, but still all nicely brewed in this good Cherry sour ale.

The beer pours a slightly hazed cherry red colour along with a lasting creamy tan coloured cap. The aroma is vinegar, tart cherries, yeast, and wet grains. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, puckering, and well carbonated. The flavour is dominated by the vinegar and tart cherry with yeasty notes and any hops well in the background
