Simcoe Grove is a bright and hazy dry hopped sour. Dry, tart and lightly funky, this ale is fermented with our house culture of yeasts, lactobacillus and brettanomyces, and is liberally dry hopped with Simcoe. With notes of passionfruit and pine, Simcoe Grove has a tangy acidity and a subtle earthiness.

Pours a hazed light golden-yellow colour with a big white fizzy head that comes down quick enough, but has a coat of bubbles that tops the brew. Lemon sour nose with other tropical fruit notes and hints of funk. The funk and earthiness is more present in the taste. Citrusy mild and not too sour. Gets cloudy at last pour. The Simcoe gives some decent grass notes and a lightly dry finish.
