Definitely on the lighter end of the Tripel style, Phantom Limb showcases floral, spicy and fruit aromatics with a lively carbonation and a dry, citrusy finish. Balanced and delicious.

Enjoyed on draft at the Brother Beer Bistro. Pours a hazy golden colour with an off-white head, decent retention and lacing. Fruity malt nose with peach, bananas and apple notes. The yeast also adds to the fruitiness. Same for the taste but with a little grass in the finish. Hints of apricots. Refreshing triple with mild tart. A nice fruity strong ale well representing the style with good yeast.

The beer pours a hazed medium gold colour with a long lasting white head. The aroma is grains, yeast, spices, and citrus. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with slightly above average carbonation. Flavour is slightly sweet, grainy, with yeast and sugar notes.
