He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme. Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a can near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification. What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: This limited edition Jelly King was conditioned on loads of tangerine!

The beer pours a beautiful semi-translucent orange with absolutely no head. The aroma is sweet tangerine, yeast, funk, and vinegary notes. The mouthfeel is light bodied with above average carbonation. The flavour is funky yeast, tart tangerines, and finishes with a salty vinegary note. -

Hazy orange colour with a bubbly off-white cap that does not last long, leaving no lace, no ring. Big tangerine aromas with some sourness. The taste shows the natural tangerine juice with some puckering sour notes that linger enough. Light tart is left on the tongue. A fairly refreshing, citrusy-sour brew.
