Our all-American blonde is light bodied yet full flavor. Dry maltiness, subtle hop character, and a hint yield a fresh, satisfying taste for the most discriminating palette. Pale and Carapil malts, a three stage hopping utilizing only the finest Czechoslovakian Saaz hops, and mounds of pure honey in the brew kettle combine to produce an unforgettable experience.

Sampled on draft at Belle Isle. Pours clear gold with a thin white head and a fair amount of lacing. Aroma is clean and too subtle for an ale - I was expecting some of the saaz hops that the brewer advertised at a minimum. Some sweetness from honey is pretty much the entire flavor component, but its somewhat pleasant. Balanced, light-bodied with a hint of dry bitterness in the finish. Very pedestrian and uninspired - presumably made for the unwashed massses that stumble into the brewpub? Who knows...
