We remember it well all? You sat there and enviously looked at his dad enjoy a cup of foamy beer, while himself was fobbed off with a much tamer refreshments. Although Infant Beer is a try it and can be enjoyed by children, the taste is also very much for adults. With 20 bitterness units, and a hefty dark malt profile, there is no reason to cry face on it. It's a beer for both play and seriousness. Brewed from Maris Otter barley malt, malted rye, three kinds of caramel malt and chocolate malt, Simcoe, Columbus and Amarillo hops, yeast and water.

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Amber colour, small had. Aroma is fruits, wood, mild wheat and some caramelly notes. Flavour is fruity and floral hops along with some caramel. Quite balanced and nicely hopped low alcohol brew.
