Pours hazy cinnamon with a frothy, effervescent head. Aroma delivers tart apple and pear plus woody and toasted malt hints. Flavor will make your face do calisthenics - very tart, sour apple subtle woody and malty notes. If you like your wild ales really sour, pucker up! Mouthfeel offers firm body but not much fizz. Get the Ajna edge.
