Oiseau de Nuit is a collaborative Pumpkin Gruit between Beau’s All Natural and Seattle’s Elysian Brewing. The name is a play on words of Elysian’s flagship pumpkin beer, Night Owl Pumpkin Ale. History & Style This pumpkin gruit, brewed without hops, has a similar malt base to Beau’s award-winning fall seasonal, Night•Märzen and the generous addition of pumpkin was inspired by the fall harvest. The Oiseau de Nuit collaboration blends Elysian’s experience in producing pumpkin beers and Beau’s experience in producing gruits together into one tasty beer! Tasting Notes Malt and pumpkin blend harmoniously and provide medium body to this gruit, which displays restrained earthy, herbal bitterness. Floral and herbal aromatics are complemented by intriguing cumin spice notes. Food Pairings Saag paneer, pork tenderloin, rustic pesto pizza, pumpkin pie Technical Specs •Alc./Vol.: 5.1% •Ingredients: Local Spring Water, Organic Barley Malts, Organic Pumpkin Purée, Wild Sweet Gale, Organic Yarrow, Organic Cumin Seeds, Brewer’s Yeast, Organic Hop. •Malts: Munich, Pilsner, Carafoam, Caramunich (All Organic) •Hops: One Pellet •IBU's: N/A •OG: 12.1°P •FG: 2.2°P •Ideal Serving Temperature: 5-8° C
