Great California common (steam) beer. I was suprised BB chose to brew this kinds of beer, but I'm glad they did. If you like Anchor steam, you'll probaly like this beer too. Poured lifeless then bubbles quickly erupted to the top. Just as quickly, they disappeared into a thin head. A gentle swirl easily revived them. Cloudy gold appearance. Classic for the style. Smell is of pineapple and some grain. Mouthfeel is a little thin. Taste is superb. More pineapple, grain and hops. Finish is a little sticky. Overall a great beer for the style.
