V pivu je citit sladova plnost a sladkost. Pivo je ciré, a to i kdyz je kvasnicované. Pena by mela byt husta. Tento 12 % lezak se vari klasickym dvourmutovym zpusobem, pro dosazeni plné sladové chuti. Pridava se do nej plensky, karamelovy a mnichovsky slad, ale mnohem vic nez u poltmavého piva. Pro dosazeni lahodné horkosti pridavame chmel: Zatecky polorany cervenak a Sladek.

Docene, on tap at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered deep gold colored beer with a two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is yeasts malts, floral hops, notes of honey and caramel. The flavour is yeasts and caramel malts, floral hops, flowers. A superb balance maltiness / hoppiness. The mouthfeel is very smooth. This light bodied beer has a nice flowery end. A very nice Pivo.
