During these strange times of isolation the show Gilligan's Island keeps popping into my mind. While we have our zooms and skypes and what not, 50 years ago all these guys had to maintain contact were their trusty coconut phones. So, the idea for this beer was born from distant memories buried somewhere in the back of my head (perhaps induced by some barleywine....) and the happy result is a rich imperial stout loaded with toasted coconut, coffee and a dash of cinnamon. Trying to imitate the flavors of a coconut latte, this beer is delicious and rich with the sweet coconut, and accompanied by light aromatics of the coffee and cinnamon

Pours deep coffee with a little buff head. Aroma features roast malt, coconut, woody and cinnamon tones. Flavor provides roast malt, chocolate, cinnamon, coconut and woody notes. Texture adds decent body & peppy fizz. Make a call on the coconut phone - you may soon be making a call on the big white one.
