Hey what can I say, I like ciders. A good cider has all the qualities of a good ale with the exception of the head, and the flavor. In this kind of brew the flavor is decidely that of the fruit from which it came. This is not one of the best ciders I've had (I like Strongbow, Woodchuck, and some of Spanish Peaks stuff) but it's good.

Possibly the best cider I’ve had to date. Apple aroma and a golden appearance. Flavor is tart granny smith apples. This one is a little bit on the drier side. Not as sweet as many other commercial ciders. Crisp finish.

What is nice about Hard Core is the little bite you get with each drink. Sneeks up on you too, so rise slowly from that couch after a six pack. Not as sweet a taste as most of this style-I like that.
