pours a crystal clear yellowish amber in color and has the slightest hints of visible carbonation. The aroma is floral hops. The taste has a bit of sweetness with flavors of butterscotch and toffee; it gains complexity as the beer warms up. The Mouthfeel is medium-bodied & moderate amount of carbonation.

Clear amber. Pretty pale for a Scottish ale. More like a malty bitter. Honey, something suggesting cocoa, but not really extreme. Low bitterness, but there is a bit in evidence. Really easy drinking.
