Brewed using an assortment of Belgian malts, candi sugar and fermented with a Belgian yeast strain for a classic dubbel flavor. The dubbel (double) is a darker belgian style when compared to a tripel. Added dried cherries to the whirlpool to bring out a dried fruit charachter.
