A czech pilsner with sparkling wine yeast used for fermentation. A great example of how yeast can influence flavour. A crisp, refreshing beer with tropical citrus notes and a subtle honey sweetness.

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours a small foamy bubbly head that doesn't stay too long. Has a clear golden appearance. Very weak lacing. Aromas of light malts, grains and some yeasty hints. Flavours of light citrus hops, fruity, some grains a bit in the mix. Yeast, mostly in the finish. Actually, not much of an aftertaste/finish to satisfy. Somewhat of a disappointment. Quite bland and too similar to other beers of same style.
