Along with the eponymous wheat the recipe for this beer also has a generous helping of fresh Hallertau Hersbrucker hops. But what makes it reallly special is the yeast. We use a strain froom the South-West of Germany where they have been making this style of beer for generations. Then all that remains is to tightly control the fermentation temperatures to produce this crisp and refreshing Wheat Beer.
