We’ve cracked open another barrel to deliver a new batch of our Longwave series of single barrel aged beers. This barrel aged is really focus on sourness and note of citrus and tropical flavours. With a low carbonation it was bottle conditioned.

Hazy golden colour with a frothy small white cap that dissipates quick enough. Sour nose with some fruitiness, funkiness. The taste shows the funky sourness again with some fruity notes. It does pucker and last a fair time. Not a bad Golden Sour aged ale.
