With it's super fresh aromatics and hop presence, it sure blurs the line between ipa (especially the new trend towrds sessio ipas) and pale ale. I bet the ibus are lower than a lot of ipas, though the hops are used at the right time and are showcased well. Great combo of vibrant hop varieties. Citrusy, tropical and spicy, with very light pine and caramel. Light bodied and refreshingly delicious. I could drink a lot of this. aroma and flavor would be 8.5 if i could, so overall gets a 9 to make up for that :)

Tasted on tap at the 2007 Bistro Wet Hop IPA Festival. This IPA pours a light orange gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and floral. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are floral and herbal. Crisp and clean. Very sharp tasting, but in a good way. Medium bitterness. Hop flavors seem mild, but are well defined. Lower alcohol makes this a nice session IPA. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
