CAPRICORNIA is the beautiful coastal region just north of where we live and brew, named after the Tropic of Capricorn, which runs through it. The German word for CAPRICORN is STEINBOCK and BOCK is a German beer with a very long tradition. A dark, malty-sweet Lager with a high alcohol content (6.7 % alc.).
