Brewed originally for our Bacchus To The Future event as one of 14 themed beers. A play on the speed the Delorean needed to reach for time travel 88 mph. This is a wheat beer made with whole limes and fermented with Lactobacillus/Brettamonyces creating a complex beer that is light, refreshing and tart.
