We used the finest imported grains and hops and then add candied sugar to the mix and top it off with a crazy Belgian yeast strain. This beer has a wonderful estery/fruity bouquet that accentuates the flavors of the spice, pepper and a hint of plum. This is a full bodied beer that hints at its alcohol content but finishes cleanly every sip of the way.

On tap at the brewhouse. This pours reddish copper with an off white head. the aroma is candy sweet. The flavor is sugary, with liots of dried, dark fruit.
