Old Castle – birra speciale – 6% Vol. E’ una birra scura appartenente alla famiglia delle strong dark Ale.Si presenta con una gradazione alcolica sostenuta senza essere troppo pervasiva.Per la nostra Old Castle abbiamo utilizzato quattro varietà di malti per dare al contempo bevibilità, colore scuro ed una persistenza amarostica al gusto data dalla tostatura dei malti. Dopo il consueto processo di fermentazione primaria viene fatta rifermentare nella bottiglia per almeno 45 giorni alla fine dei quali ciascuna singola bottiglia viene licenziata con orgoglio.Temperatura di servizio 11° circa.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Reddish amber colour, not much head. Aroma is caramel, fruits, wood and some berries. Flavour is sweet malts, smooth nuttyness, some mild acidic notes as well as mild earth and some alcohol.
