Élaborée à partir de trois épices de la forêt boréale soit le chaga, le thé du labrador et le poivre des dunes, son goût authentique, complexe et tout en rondeur la rend agréable à déguster. Ses pointes corsées de thé et d’épices lui confèrent un caractère unique qui a maturité, s’adoucira pour laisser place à une complexité de saveurs fruitées-épicées très bien balancées. Ingrédients: Eau, orge malté, blé, flocons de blé, thé de Labrador, chaga, poivre crispé, houblons et levures.

    500ml bottle that pours a slight hazy, golden colour with a small white bubbly head, average retention and some light foam ring and spotted lacing. Boozy nose with banana notes from the wheat and maybe, Belgian yeast. Wheat base cereal taste with some mild sugars. Enough hops cut the sweetness and hints of spices and leaves. Not a bad strong beer, but not as much as expected from the description and
