It pours a crisp golden with rapidly fizzing white head and no lacing. A dull aroma of light apples, some citrus, and light spices. The mouthfeel is smooth and fairly rich. The power is the flavor: tart apples, citrus, bitterness, yeasty, and some spiciness. Nothing spectaculr, although enjoyable.

Bottled (7.0 %). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, a bit white wine like notes. Flavour is quite similar. Semidry palate. Mediocre cider from the UK.

500 ml bottle, as Aspall Classic Organic Suffolk Cyder. ABV is 7.0%. Pours very fizzy with a big but very short-lived head. Moderate carbonation in the glass. Nice aroma of cider apples, hints of oak and sulphur. The flavour is crisp and dry, cider apples of course, again with notes of oak and sulphur. Probably best with food.

bought a bottle, poured..tried another in the Cooler, then broke out of disgust... is very tart and sour, with just an underlying sweetness.. a whack cider! ..i couldn't finish either bottle..
