This cider is completely fermented to dryness with no back sweetening. Picket is a Civil War Portman. Picket duty constituted the most hazardous work of infantrymen in the field. Had @ The Arsenal Cider house, Pittsburgh- tap .. clear light light yellow .. . light fizziness .. very dry, no abv detected .. . a crispy dry cider .. guns on the wall.
