Our take on the American Pilsner brewed with Arizona grown Sinagua Malt and lightly hopped with Loral and Saaz. Fermented under pressure for creamy carbonation, then lagered to a perfect crisp and bright finish.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a near clear gold body that supports a full dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up some pils maltiness and then a blend of spicy to floral to lime like hoppiness. The taste delivers some sweet pils malts and integrated spicy to mildly floral and white grape like hoppiness. Nice. To midway it picks up that classic Czech pils kind of malt and yeasty ester sweetened lime. It ends nice and moderately dry. Solid Czech with even a mild cracker note into the finish.
