🌾Sonoran Steam🌾 - Our first California Common, or Steam Beer; a style early originated in the West Coast, presenting a clean beer brewed at a higher temperature. Our version includes Sinagua Malt, caramel, and Munich malts with a hint of pale chocolate for it's unique brown hue. Subtle notes of nutty caramel and toasted biscuits premiere in this light bodied Steam Beer.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep copper colored body that supports a thin dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up mainly malts and caramel maltiness with a thin layer of dank and spicy hops toward the end of the draw. The taste delivers sweet dark crystal malts and caramel malts flowing into a thin river of spicy and onion and slightly dank hoppiness. It tries to dry out into the finish with lingering caramel malts. Into the after taste the spicy hops beat down the remaining malts. Pretty nice.
