This unique Russian Imperial Stout has been aging in a cabernet barrel for just over a year. The vivid aromas of ripe blackberry, red currant, cacao and cigar box harmonize with flavors of freshly crushed wild berry, allspice, and sweet tobacco from the cabernet barrel, pairing beautifully with the roasty, coffee, and cacao notes you've come to expect from a quality Russian Imperial Stout.

Taps opaque coffee with a fair buff head. Aroma provides roast malt, tangy citrus and tropical, a hint of coffee. Flavor yields roast malt, chocolate, tropical and subtle coffee tones. Texture has good body and peppy fizz. Go mad, dad!
