Dark golden in color, we use all Belgian base grain to develop the malty backbone characteristic of the style. The Antwerp, Belgium water profile is used to accentuate the overall sweetness and allow the bittering hops to balance the spiciness created by the and Belgian yeast and specialty malts. Honey, chocolate, and biscuit create a unique profile while cellaring the beer at 50 degrees for up to 3 months helps to mature all the flavors.
