Pours typical light yellow with a brief-lived frothy head. Aroma presents tart and crisp Granny Smith apple with hints of melon. Flavor supplies tart and slightly sweet green apple, a little melon. Texture brings good body for a cider and peppy fizz. Brings to mind Harry Caray's quote about green apples and the Cubs
